I would like to buy, but it does not work on AE 2018?

Installed today (CC 2018) and AEViewer, besides it’s already installed (I did all methods, including the .reg one), don’t show anything for me to work for :(

We are already working on the update and will release it ASAP. Until then, you can roll back to the previous version of After Effects and use the Big Pack there.

Hi. It worked well until friday, but now its not working even in 2015 version.

The only thing I think could be happened: I installed the pack in my personal laptop (with the same Adobe license, I don’t use them at the same time).

Hi there! I’ve purchased your package a few months ago and it was working great. I’ve just updated After Effects and noticed that the AEViewer is empty… I’ve tried to install the package again and for some reason, I can’t populate the window. Is there a new installer for AE18? Thank you!

Hi team. Just coming about the same thing above. (Probably shouldn’t have upgraded mid-project…) Not only does the AE Viewer not work, but also other moving elements already in the composition are not working either. I look forward to an update soon! Thanks!

Updated to CC2018 today and not working anymore on PC Windows 10…... tried reinstall but after opening after effects up the ae Viewer opens and asks for Code but after putting the Code in the window is empty !

I purchased today but am installing it on a stand alone mac with no internet. Put in my purchase code hit OK and nothing. Is there any way I can rectify this without an internet connection? Can’t wait to get some work done, it looks like an incredible product, you’ve done a great job.

I bought the big pack today and im very satisfied. But i have one problem; I can’t change the settings for the elements. The numbers are all red. Can you maybe help me?

Hi, do not open the element, just select it to change settings.

I have alot of crashes, running the latest OSX and Adobe. Simple stuff as changing a text of one of the title templates does this and is repeatable. Any suggestions to run this flawless?

Hi, is the conveyor belt seen in the video at 3:16 included in this package? Also, which other extensions do i need to purchase in order to use all features in this package?

Hi, The conveyor belt is not included but is simple to create using the Isometric tool that comes with the Big Pack. You don’t need to purchase any additional scripts or extensions. Everything included in the Big Pack.

Hello! I just bought BIG PACK and it’s amazing, but I got a couple of questions, 1. I have Fat Frank animated typography, for what I’ve been reading I need to buy the full version of Font Manager in order to use it? 2. Every time I open after effects and the AeViewer is docked on my panel I got this error: Unable to execute script at line 0. After Effects error: Cannot run a script while a modal dialog is waiting for response. The way I fix it is simply closing the panel and opening again. I was wondering if there’s a way to solve this without reseting my panels.

Hi, thanks for purchasing! 1. Yes, you will need the full version of the Font Manager to use with other typefaces. 2. Can you please email us your After Effects version and your OS and list of opened scripts (or just a screenshot). I guess it’s conflicting with some other scripts or so.

I installed (even with a negative advise from Norton), but nothing appears in AE. When ussing alternative installer I got an alarm advise as potemtially risky file, so I did not run it. Some money lost.

Hi, you can use regular license in up to 3 videos. And if you will need more, we recommend you to purchase the extended license.
