I’m having some issues with some of the IN/OUT sliders on some animations.

With some items, when I move the sliders, the intro/outro start times remain unchanged.

I also sometimes receive the following popup message, XXXX is replaced with the name of the item:

I bought it and it worked on Windows 7, but it keeps asking to start AE in admin mode – even reinstalling AE + the project didn’t do the trick.

When I start in Admin mode it works – but it won’t work when I start in normal mode – is there a way to fix this?

I’m having some issues with in the in and out points text preset animations, I cant seem the get the animations the start or end at the in and out points, its always way off.

I am Having a problem with AE not opening after I installed this. I believe it’s because I stacked it in a panel with something else. How do I uninstall so I can reinstall it?

Also, I bought the Regular License but I may need the Extended instead, is there a way I can pay the difference for the Extended License?

Hi Motion_Land! This is an amazing product and I knew I needed to purchase it about 20 seconds in to your preview video. I wanted to know before I buy the extended license what is considered acceptable with y’all. I work as a contract editor for a company with multiple clients and would love to have this pack’s elements enhance the videos I make for them. If I were to download this pack with an extended license, would that allow me to use it for unlimited clients/projects? Or does it follow the “One Use, One Product” rule? There’s such a wide variety of cool elements that I just wanted to make sure about licensing and present my intentions up front before I buy the extended license. I’m hoping with all of my heart & soul that y’all are alright with unlimited uses for unlimited clients but I 100% understand if that’s not how you intend your product to be used!

I appreciate all of the hard work and creativity your team put into this pack. I’m just starting my career in “editing for a living” and would be honored to have your pack help me stand up more equally to those that have been in the industry longer. Can’t wait to hear back from y’all! Cheers! :’)

After Effects has stopped opening after I installed this. Where did this install so I can delete all the files just to be sure this is the cause? Thanks for your help in advance.

Hello! I am wondering a couple things..

1) Can I use this package multiple times for the same website/project, but different videos? It would only appear as an intro to different videos. Would a regular/extended license affect this?

2) Is AEViewer/Font Manager an additional product that must be bought, outside of this product, and also outside of After Effects? I’m just wondering if I need to purchase anything else or if these are included.
