I have downloaded the project several times, I get every time the message “archive damaged” with winrar and winzip.please help me
Hi FSA, so it sounds like the file is not downloading completely. That is usually why the archive damage error occurs. Defense Nicky use winzip and do not use winrar or any other decompressor. But can you verify that the entire file has been downloaded 100 percent? Thank you!

Hi There! So, the zip issue on downloads are never the project file, rather it could be a couple of aspects to check on the user end. First, make sure the entire file is downloaded completely. If the file is not fully downloaded, you will run into unzip errors. Also, do not use programs like winter or any other type of extractor. Use traditional winzip. Same here. File seems to not be able to open after downloading. I tried on WinZip but it still does not open. I have downloaded twice.
Hi Donna! So are you unable to open the zip file? Or is it the project file? Just to note, I had someone have the same issue but it was due to the fact that the file did not finish downloading. Just to let you know the file is about 5 gigs compressed. And when it’s open the folder is 8.24 gigs. However let me know if it’s the zip file or project. Thanks!
I downloaded completely this file 5 times already and each time on different connections and using winzip and it tells me error: central directory not found. then when I click OK another error pops up saying Cannot Open file, it does not appear to be a valid archive. Try downloading again. There is definitely something wrong with your archive file. You should reupload your file again because it is corrupted and may not have uploaded the entire file to Envatos server.

I just contacted support to get this issue fixed. I’m updating the suite this weekend as well with adding some extra mattes.

Hi Donna, I’m still waiting to hear back from Envato Support. However, I tried downloading CINEPUNCH from three different network connections, and the download stops about 80 percent thru on my end. So, I think there may be some sort of server issue or bandwidth issue on their end. Just thought I will let you know I’m running into download issues as well.

Hi Donna, Just got an update. Turns out there was a technical glitch happening earlier in the day that had already been reported, so the devs were already on the case. Just temporary, and should have a fix soon.

Hello, I have not tried to download again. I did notice that when I did get one to open that I downloaded, I had to unzip on a Mac computer then bring the unzipped files over to my PC. When I followed the instructions in the Install PDF or word files to install on Adobe Premier or Photoshop or After Effects, the Installed files caused my adobe programs to throw a low level exception and close them out or make them unresponsive. I tried this several times and the same results. I don’t know if its because the files were corrupted from download or because they were compiled on a MAC computer and are not formatted to use on a PC as well.
HI Donna, yeah the files would get corrupted if download is incomplete. I’m uploading v1.5 tomorrow morning so hope this will be squared away.

FYI I have just downloaded the file again and it is 5.87 Gigs fully downloaded from Videohive. It will not let me extract on my PC still so I am trying to extract from my MAC and then running on my PC to see if it still crashes my Adobe CS applications. Standby I will give you feedback in 30 min.
Why is the zip file not opening? I’ve downloaded it twice and it is not being recognized as an archive file.
Hi There! So, make sure you unzip the file with traditional winzip. Do not use any other extractors like winrar, as they seem to cause issues for some reason. Does the file end say ”.zip”?
Yes, it says .zip, and I tried with Winzip, 7-Zip and WinRar. All say that the zip is corrupted; however, WinRar allowed me to extract 7GB but with a few errors. Perhaps I’ll attempt the download on a different network.
AH, okay, so it sounds like the file was not finished downloading on your end. The compressed file will be about 5GB. When unzipped, you should have roughly 8.24GB size folder. So, the error seems to be that the file has not completed its download. Can you try on a different network and make sure it is completed. Then, unzip with winzip. Thanks!
