Hi – I really enjoy the pack. but there are icons that are WRONG. I click them – for example the basic 055 check mark. after i double click it – I get a basic 013 rectangle stroke.
please fix ASAP because I really need it. it also happens in the social media icons. clicking some of them only get you different icons.

When i double click in a text preset it shows me a “Script alert” that says: “Please, open the composition” Can you help me, please?
Well, you have to open the composition first.
But it says me to select a layer, I’m not an after effects expert. Please, just help me.
If you are using text presets select text layer and if you are using 2D\3D presets, then select any layer you want to animate. Also you can find info about applying the preset on page 20 of the Big Pack manual.

Thanks! It depends on which you are trying to modify. Most of elements have expression under the Time-Remap property and it require to change a few keyframes inside the precomposition.

Hey! I tried on my mac and following the direction in the pack. First, I clicked the icon of the time-remap, then I pressed the command key to deleted the part of ‘pass in’. After that, I double clicked the bar and I found the keyframes finally. However, these keyframes were round, and I couldn’t move it at all. I had tried a lot of methods with no results. What’s the problem on me? Please help me! Thxxxxxxx!
You can move round keyframes as well. Just make sure that the layer with keyframes is not locked. If you will experience any other difficutlies, please drop us a line at support@motion.land

I am trying to use a text preset but when I click twice it will appear the error message “please, select layers”
You have to select text layer first, then apply preset.
This is awesome but I have a big problem with gadgets. None of phones or tablets are correctly animated, there is a problem with scale or something else, can you please help me ?

This is just awesome, the content itself is incredible, awesome style and animations. Right now I have only a couple of problems. The first one happens whenever I reopen the project and continue to add items from AEViewer, it creates a new folder in the project tab and if I try to move the comps and folders to the previous AEViewer folder, expression errors shows up. The second bug happens when I precomp or even sometimes when I add a new solid to a comp where a item from the pack is already present, same result, expression errors. What can it be?
Hi, Thanks for compliments and reporting the folder issue. We are working on the fix already. Sadly you can’t additionaly precompose the elements since After Efffects unable to update the expressions after that but you can add solids and any other elements. If you are experiencing any difficulties or getting any expressions errors after adding the solid or any other layer, please shoot us a line with project at support@motion.land

It’s working, but not always as expected, so we recommend to use at least CC2014.2.
