This animation is tremendous. I can see why it is so popular. I would really love to customise it but I don’t have Element 3D 2.2 and can’t afford it. If I bought the template here on videohive could you change the text for me? Or is there another solution that I’m missing? Great job. Well done.

Hi i am new to after effects, I am using CC 2017, and I have done all the steps in order to set up the project, however when I attempt to edit it i have gotten various error messages that honestly i dont even understand what they mean and then my app will crash and I was wondering if i could just tell you the title i wanted and you could render it for me.

I love your AE template, but having some issues using AE CC 2017.
Upon opening the file, it appears to UPDATE the CC 2015 code. Although, I am not seeing any missing files, the World is not displaying in the background.
Tne 3D rotating text renders fine. Is this a Layer render issue or related to the Adobe version update??
I attempted to move the main AE file into the data folder and the earth is still not displaying behind the real-time rendered Text / logo. I dee NULL objects—are we supposed to IMPORT the world 3D models into Elements ?? The instructions are incomplete or this file simply does not work in cc 2017. I will need a refund asap if not. thanks.

Hi, I couldn’t get this to work with Element 3d V 2.2 so tried reverting back to V 1.6 but it wouldn’t work and kept crashing on my version of after effects (CC 2017). Are you able to create my render file for me if I supply details and send it over? kind regards

Hi! I’m getting memory errors and crashes on every render! I’m working on a iMac Retina 5K with 32Gb of memory with 3GB reserved for other applications. I’ve tried rendering in draft quality, reducing the color space to 8 bit, and reducing the resolution to half but same result each time. As it’s rendering a simple path you see the memory percentage being eaten up after rendering only 40 frame!!! What is the problem and how can I go about fixing it?
What GPU do you use? Performance of your GPU is the main factor since element 3D uses GPU accelerated engine.

Well the GPU I’m using is Radeon R9 M295X which is compatible! I will try adjust some of the parameters as the Element 3D troubleshooting mention and see what happens. Ill let you know after I’ve tried it. Thanks.
O.K. . Still not working. Right!, could you do me the favour that you mentioned in rendering out the 3 versions but minus the logo? If you can render out as 1 alpha file each of the 3 earths with all their glows, lights, mattes, etc combined, then each of the 3 backgrounds as separate files, then I’ll do my thing with the Element3D logo layers and composite them in the Final Render Comp. Would that be an problem?

When I open the file all I can see is the logo and a black background. I’ve never used Element 3D before so I had to buy it, Element 2.2.
I encountered the same problem when I opened this project in Element 3D v2. The project was created in E3D version 1.6. So I think it is better to revert to an older version temporarily (1.6 version of E3D). It should work without problems.

Love the intro’s ….I know this is more of a feature request instead of a support Q..but just wondering if possible to add the effect of zooming thru logo into globe then fade-out where then I would have it transition into new clip? particularly the 2nd intro…or guide me thru it, would be great. thanks

Hi, what version of Element 3D are you using?
The latest one. I got it to work though. In Element 3D allt objects seems “off centered”. So i clicked the center camera on object button and all the objects are now visible again.

Paul, I have had another problem and I know it is probably something simple, but I can’t figure it out. I saved the project. A few days later I I open the project and everything looks good, but the Earth Null is not showing the earth at all. How can I fix this? I have all the original files. Thank you

I did some search and found that switching “Render Multiple Frames Simultaneously” to OFF might help
Hi, Bruce. I received your project. Rendering on my machine is fine. Unfortunately, I cannot see any solution. It can be anything – Element 3d bugs or even After Effects issues. So the only quick option is to do rendering on another machine
im having hard time to change the logo…man u should make it easier for newbies… try to add text but it wont let me…try to mask but it look hidious…........can i just replace the logo with AI?????

hi i’m new to all this after effects stuff so please bare with me i download this and started it up and it said i was missing files so i clicked ok and and it started to load and when it was done i could not see the earth. so am i missing a plug-in or something
Hi! Do you have Element 3d and Optical flares plugins installed? If yes and you still get info about missing files, then find ‘Earth Logos Element Data’ folder inside downloaded zip and move it here: Documents\VideoCopilot\Models\My_Models
it’s still saying i’m Missing Models: models/primitives/sphere_HD.obj
This project doesn’t use this model (sphere_HD.obj). Although, sphere_HD.obj came from Element 3D installation. Try reinstall E3D
