Question: I really love your neat Inkman and purchased this Inkman Xmas Greeting project today. One odd image appeared and i can’t rescue myself from it and hence stop my editing work ; a yellow color line appeared around the edge of pencil and the hand when it drew a rope to the moon. Also several white small square dots appeared on top of the rope afterward. However, image back to normal when Inkman sled. How can i remove these yellow color and square dots. Question: I bought this project last year, another sound was included then. This is now being questioned if I have the rights to use that sound that was included originally?
The soundfile in the current file is not the same as the one that was originally posted. Was that not OK to use?

I really loved this work and downloaded it immediately. However, I receive an error message which prevents me from working on it; Could not convert unicode characters! How can I rescue myself from this error? Any ideas?

Hey djavu! I just sent you an email, with some suggestions I also found on the internet to solve this. That’s a conversion problem to your native’s language os (operating system). Try solution no 1 from here: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/495/cpsid_49514.html

The Xmas tree is not a footage, it’s a standard after effects shape layer. It’s layer number 40 in the main composition. You can edit it, change the color or add more shapes to decorate it! Alternatively you can replace it by adding your own , but remember to copy and paste it’s 3d position data, and scale it to match the height. Let me know if you need any help!

Love this! Great job! I am a fan of all of the Inkman videos you have created. Even though I celebrate Christmas, is it possible to make something for people who celebrate other holidays? (i.e. Hanukkah) I bet people will LOVE it. I know several people who have already asked.

I tried 4 different formats and all the same. The trick that worked was I converted that audio file in media encoder to a different audio type. Then it worked fine with great results.

Same thing on the audio cutting off on the moon. Any of you fix the problem before I render them seperate and splice together ?
Strange! Do not render with the make movie menu, but add to render queue. If the audio still stops, render in a different format (avi quicktime etc.) Let me know if I can help anymore. Thanks for purchasing! Enjoy!
