I have After Effects cc 2017 when I try to open Full Capacty it saids error: can’t import file ” video hive-236172- Full capacity unsupported file type or extention

If so, it sounds like you’re trying to open the ZIP file inside of After Effects.
Make sure you unzip the main ZIP file, and open the “motionrevolver_fullcapacity.aep” file instead.

How do you unzip the file other than After Effects?
Just double-click the file to open it. The ZIP will open, unarchiving all of the files inside. If you’re using a Windows PC and don’t have a program to open ZIP files, try something like 7-Zip.

There is not a option for unzipping the files that are down loaded
Let me see if I can walk you through the process from the very beginning:
- On Videohive, navigate to your Downloads page.
- Find Full Capacity in the Downloads list, and click “Download”, then “Main Files”.
- The file that downloads from your browser will be the main ZIP file, containing all project files.
- Once the ZIP file has fully downloaded, open it by double-clicking, or using an unarchiving program such as the 7-Zip that I listed earlier.
- After the ZIP file opens, it will produce a folder on your computer. Inside of that folder, look for the file named “motionrevolver_fullcapacity.aep”. This is your After Effects project file.

That worked fine, how do I play the 50 min. tutorial video?
I am in the process of converting all .flv format video tutorials to .mp4 and .mov. In the meantime, if you wish, you can open the “fullcapacity_tutorial.flv” file with VLC (a widely-used, free video player).
Soon, you will also receive a notification that this item has been updated with a new tutorial. So if you wish, you can download the updated ZIP file again, and find the .mp4 video tutorial inside.

Not sure what you mean… the link to the Titillium font is working fine. Do you mean you’re having trouble installing the font?
The Titillium font isn’t vital for the project to work, you can use any font you wish.

Perfect !! Nice job 
Soccer is a fun sport! in most of the world they call it FootBall. But not in the USA,. I have been there a few times and watch the USA football. have you ever played it? most of the teems seem okay. but the ones in PA seem to be the worst. Could I use this template to feature the better american football teams?
It´s a vey well designed AE project, and of course an awesome and outstanding, brilliant animation. Perfect for high level videos. I recommend it!

Depending on the length of the animation and the RAM installed on your computer, 5 hours isn’t actually too bad. Also, render times can depend on whether you’re using high resolution photos in the placeholders of your animation. Images don’t need to be higher than 72dpi for video, so if you’re using still photos, make sure they’re all at least under 100dpi, which will decrease render times.

Dear Motion Revolver, It’s nice work. However after purchasing I am unable to download the zipped file. I tried many times… when I try to unzip , always I am getting incomplete files, pls upload again the zip files again. Thank you.

Thanks for your purchase! The ZIP files are inspected before being approved for sale, so they aren’t corrupted in any way. I just downloaded the ZIP file, and it opened properly without any issues.
The problem is most likely that your downloads aren’t completing fully before opening. Try restarting your browser and download the file again, making sure the transfer has fully completed before attempting to open the ZIP. The file size is 275mb, so make sure it’s that size before opening.
Also, be sure that your internet service provider or firewall settings don’t have a limit to the size of the file you can download, which may be impeding the file from downloading in full.
If you continue having problems, please let us know and we’ll do what we can to help you obtain the file.

Thanks for your purchase! Since everything is built within Ae, its possible to create as many additional scenes as you need.

Thanks for your purchase. When creating additional scenes, there are precomposed compositions that need to be accounted for as well.
So, for example, if you’re duplicating one of the “singlescreen_content” comps, you’d have to duplicate each precomposed composition that appears within the main comp, and then replace the layers accordingly.

I’m having trouble with .ai files. Files in the “ai” section are coming up as test color patterns. I have AI installed and I’m not sure if this is a bridge problem or a graphics problem. I have downloaded the file twice and it has the same problem.
One of the best templates i have seen, bravo excellent work I am trying to understand the license before i purchase this but i cant seem ot get a clear pucture of whati can do with it. Question. Once i purchase a license to use this template, can i use it as many times i wish ? Thank you in advance

first let me say that I am really impressed with this product and I have Purchase this project and I´m gonna use this project on my soccer team. When I downloded this project, I downloded whit WINAce and when i open the project i After Effect, my computer tell me that i missing 9 files. How can i get the files i missing?
