Hi ! I’ve just purchased LED Logo this afternoon,and it’s great ! nice pluging ! But, when I open a project, by default the scale of the bulb is too big ! How can modify this ? Is ther any user guide available ? Best regards, Michel (from Paris)

Hi, I bought this template and when it opens up in After Effects I get a warning that says “This project contains a reference to a missing effect. Please install the following effect to restore this reference. “Element”.

I click ok, and nothing shows up at all in the Final Comp view. The whole timeline is just blank black for the whole animation. I’m familiar with After Effects, but don’t know what I need to do. The purple stars option is perfect for the project I’m working on. I followed along with the tutorial video as well, but nothing shows up still.

Hi, lenerway, you´ve done a very cool piece of art. I went through the FAQ coz I coundn’t open the file. Now the file opens but everytime I try to render, After Effects “crashes” My PC is an Core i5 HP with 16GB RAM and it has a NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 graphics card with the 2015 driver updated… Why can´t I render only this Element 3D project???? Is there a way to maybe lower the render quality or something else??? Thanks

Hi, I have one question for you. When I look at the E3D in scene set-up of the (buld version), the preview is perfect. But when à look at it in the main window, it doesn’t have the thickness and the letters are not shinny. Its the same problem when I render it. Can you help me?

Can you please help? I purchased the music ‘Energetic and Heavy Guitar Opener’ to accompany the video but neither of the mixes are the right length. I used it with the bulb version but one end too quickly- the long version had the short version at the beginning and then a different mix. The one you use on your example is perfect. Did you re-edit the original music? If so how do I go about getting that version or do I need to get in touch with the person who sells the music?
