Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews – this is a terrific after effects project. If you are new to element 3D I strongly recommend going to videocopilot.net and going through a few tutorials with Andrew. I downloaded this project tonight and after I copied the object and materials folders to the correct location I was up working in the project in less than 5 minutes. It is very, very well done.

I want to purchase this studio set, we are using it for a TV show, the talent will be seating with the desk and the OTS Over-the-shoulder. I want to know whether I can be able to implement that? i.e A talent seating down with a screen over the shoulder that can accept an input, also change the background? and If we can be able to use any lower thirds for our show on the set.

Yes Anbin everything are working , but at the Tutorial #1 in the First Lesson there is a Jump Cut which get me loss.at how to add a new annoncer and adjust the placement of Him/Her. Can you help me with that.

Great work, but the tutorial could do with being a little slower and it would be nice if you spoke explaining what you are doing. We are not all experts at using after effects, so please be a little more considerate to your customer base. This is a lot to take in for new users and your superfast tutorial shows a lack of consideration on your part. Do you have a website that might explain things a little more clearly

My suggestion is that you set up a website. You obviously have very good After Effects skills. Maybe your website could teach After Effects and any other software you may have skills in. This would also be another source of income for you.

The Tutorials are useless if no one is their to provide audio for clarification. I spent 5 hours trying to follow the first 10 seconds of the video because the person was going so fast without providing more information for clarity. None of the elements will show up, just a black screen. You all must take your time explain the right way to set up the files. You cannot just rush through that part. You catch more flies with honey.
The length of the three tutorial time is: 00:04:25; 00:05:59; 00:19:01, a total of about 30 minutes. If the time length does not match, please try to replace the next player. Although there is no audio, but contains the subtitles. Tutorial is very detailed, every key step.
The instructions on how and where to send the TV Studio Environments details was so fast, it was almost impossible to follow. Also, the user was on a PC and I like many others are on a Mac. There was no verbal communications to explain the rational or methodology behind needing to place what items where. This is why I still think no one should buy this product not because the product sucks, its because the customer support is condescending.
I would love a reply. 8 Hours today trying to figuring this out. Most of all the negative reviews your received is due this mishap whereby you did not place the correct files in the proper folder and you tried to correct this at the start of the video. The problem is the following: (1) the download do not contain the same files as indicated on the tutorial. (2) The main files are missing on the purchased download (3) There is no explanation on where the files need to be stored and ( 4) If this was the original creator of the original file, then it would be simple to (A) Change the file and make sure every required component is induced and in order and (
Make detailed edits to the original video rather than making edit over a ripped video. All I ask for is some help with this product or my money back because it has been two days now.
May be your last download is not complete, please try to re download. This project in the on-line before after a number of tests and the official strict audit, there is no file is missing.Thanks!
Anbin, I sent you an email asking for help with this matter. I noticed you even asked other customers to provide a screenshot; however with me, you are only repeating yourself without providing the customer services we all should get. In your video, you copied and paste files from two different locations on your PC. When I download the files, the files only download to one location. You did not provide instructions on how a PC or MAC user with download and properly store the files so that After Effects and Element can locate the files. Even in your very rude replies to me, you are not making any attempt to help with this through email. If you actually was willing to provide customer support to me, you will find that I do not have all the files and my concerns as a customer are justified. As a result of spending three days trying to fix this, I have requested a refund.
Will you please help me with this product. I have been trying to download it for a week now and Envato is not a US Based company so they do not care much about consumer protection. There are other customers who would like to buy your product also so please be so kind and help me with my problems. Thank you.

I’ve purchased your virtual studio and I’m having a lot of troubles with it. Whenever I played your video it looked like i was missing files compared to what you had. Also when i open the file it says these:

The screen also shows up as gray with some white, blue, and yellow in the upper right corner.

No, it is precisely a fair review. In fact, if I could give you a LESS THAN 1 STAR, I would. Exactly, like you stated in the message above, is how you should have it stated in the description with a link of where the plug-in can be purchased. Your description should have DETAILS on ALL requirements.. not be vague. It’s misleading and poor business practice. Just look at all the questions from the past from other purchasers. Your purchasers are confused on why the product doesn’t work in some way or another. Then Seller says to email him directly to figure out why. That should’ve been my RED FLAG, but like an innocent excited buyer… I purchased it! The lack of details is misleading. Learn how to put a better description/details so that Buyers will know 100% what’s is required. What is currently up there is not sufficient. The proof is in the inquiries from many of the purchasers. You just take our money and run!

hello, I have a question about the licence. It says it can be used in a single end product and I am not sure whether that means one finished, rendered project or can I use this multiple times for more than one finished movie but with only one color scheme (like for one brand or one client)?
You can change its color scheme and become your own studio.

I open the file in After Effects and every composition is blank. I tried turning on nested compositions and they are blank too. I have the latest versions of After Effects CC 2015 and Element 3D v2.2.2. Element 3D is working and showing objects and environments as expected. Please advise. Thank you.

I’ve uninstalled Element 3D V2.2.2, installed Element 3D V2.2.0, reinstalled the older version of After Effects (CC 2014), and verified Element 3D is working. I can see the TV Studio models and environments. I have followed the instructions in the help video. When I open the file in After Effects, it’s still just blank or it crashes AE. I tried my old computer (with lower specs) and got the file to open but everything is white just like firebugweb described above. Please help. Thank you.
