at 14 sec. in your preview, you have a Type in Box effect.. I am not seeing that in the project.. could you point me to where I can find it.. also your effect at 21 seconds.. thanks!

Yeah, I use a text type tool for that, It will be include it in zip. It will be update in the package. For text effects at 0.21, I use text type D and font I use is uni sans. :-)
