Can you provide a CS5 or CS6 version?

It should work in cs6, but it won’t work in cs5 because it uses the Camera Lens Blur effect. If you have trouble I can help you get it working in cs6.

Can you explain what you mean? The preview video is exactly what the final product looks like. Do you mean a full-res version?
