Hi, I have a problem with the old version of “Black”. I bought it years ago, it worked fine.Now I had to change to Windows 10 and the logo switch is not working anymore. Whenever I try to switch a logo, it still shows the old “Envato” logo. Even when there is no Envato logo in the folder. It does not match your tutorial video anymore. It did when I used it first with Windows 7 years ago. Any idea why there is an Envato logo that should not exist ? It does not disappear when I “blind out” the logo layer, only when I blind out the Element 3D layer. Problem appears both in CS6 and CC2019.
Sometimes it works and the new logo is overlapping the Envato logo but it never disappears.

Found a solution: All masks need to be deleted manually.

However, being that you were looking to use it, I just updated BLACK V2 and place a folder entitled “Project Title”. Long Story Short… Could you maybe (i’ll Purchase it if its possible) make an German Version of it, that it fits everywhere in the “Square” or other Shapes?
Cause im afraid of buying it, entering new Words into it, and then maybe the Shape doesn’t fit anymore, so my Question is:

Hi Denis! So, the words can easily be modified to fit in each area. If the size of the word does not automatically resize, the word can simply be resized in Element’s Particle Size setting. It would be a slight adjustment if at all. As far as German, I have had several folks use it on various languages, so, German should be just fine. Love to hear all about the short film for sure! Thank you so much!!!! I was planning to release, or I should say, submit V2.2 this coming week. However, I had a production layover and will not be back to my studio until April 6th. I have one more batch of Materials to rebuild and make sure works properly. So, April certainly for 2.2 finally!

Hey Bud! I have been working on revamping the shaders. I have the cameras reset and tweaked. Now, just working on physical shaders. I have been so busy with travel and work that I was not able to finish end if August as I hoped. However, it should be soon. But I am working on it!

Still no update for Element 3d V2?
Hi wybe1972, So sorry for the delay. I have all the shaders updated as well as camera moves. I have an Element 3D issue of Lights responding to 3D text elements for some reason now. 4 machines, same issue. Not sure if its a V2.2, and After Effects 15 update problem. It was not an issue before both updates. Now its driving me nuts, and no answers. Still trying to resolve on my end before re-submission.

Do you have an ETA on an update yet for this? with the new physical shaders in v2 of e3d I cant wait to get my mitts on an updated version of this, even if I need to buy it again. this is one of my favorite projects. I’ve purchased I believe more than 400 items here, but this and dark maters are BY FAR my favorites.

After Effects CC2015 has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE! I’m rather stunned Adobe released such bug ridden update. Between AE, Premiere, PSD, I’m not sure which programs has slowed my workflow down more. So, working on the update, and hope to have that Element V2.2 update done soon! And thank you so much again for all the kind words! Truly appreciate that!

Honestly, i upgraded Photoshop to the 2015 version and it is so horrible on resource usage i reverted back to 2014. I am not even going to upgrade AE until I’m forced. I did upgrade to E3D 2 because, well, let’s be honest, the changes make it an entirely new ballgame, but the upgrade to CC has been a disaster IMO and I’m not transitioning at all this time.
Hey Bud, yeah, I am seriously crashing in CC2015 quite too often. So, presently, as I remodify Black for Element 2.2 in CC2015, I just do not want folks who are using Element 2.2 with CC2015 to constantly crash. And I know the issue certainly does not lie with Element at this time. I’m battling through it, but I hope Adobe updates this monstrous buggy edition.

Hi hdrr! Thank you so much my friend! So sorry for the delay, I have been traveling like crazy and have not had a moment to land. The lens scratches come with the project. Its simple texture maps placed over the composition. It can be turned on or off very easily. Thank you so much again my friend! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi Dandon, No problem my friend. So, avoid using winrar. Winrar for whatever reason causes such issues. Just unzip using traditional win zip. Let me know how that works. Thanks again!
