One more thing. How do I go about taking the splatter paint out and just leave the logo?
Delete the splatter footage.
I opened the file and it converted it to a AE 9 file and the quality is pixelated now. What happened?
Also, I’m running 5.5
No worries,that’s only the preview resolution.
Go to “View -> Resolution -> Full”

If i am opening the File with AE5 .5 ill get a couple of errors and the splatters are black?!
Sounds like you are using a non-english version of After Effects? Email me from the bottom right corner of my profile page and i’ll fix your problem.
