Hola, acabo de comprar este producto y no se aún como funciona, lo imaginaba diferente según la presentación.
Hi, can you send us an email with some information regarding your problem? So we will help you through it. Thanks.
Is 1:hr 45:min render time normal for a 20second clip ? I’m running a 2013 iMac i7 32gigs of ram and 4gig 780m nvidia video card. Using after effects 2017
Hi, thank you for your purchase. Yes, the render time looks correct, since it generates realistic neon mockups, After Effects takes some time to simulate the scene, but in around 2 hours it should render most scenes.
So, I see now, that it’s default phrase from FAQ on textures.com, but it does not solve the problem for use on MY side. What I need to do with this information? Fow understanding that I cannot buy texture as separate from project? But if it inside your project, then I can use to monetize on YouTube??
Too much confusion with this phrase. Responsible to explain it – not on me or them, but on you. It does not matter whether it was free of charge for you. Does it matter whether it’s free for me. And of course, I do not want any credits at the same time retain the right to monetize it on YouTube channel. Typically, as in all projects on Envato standard licenses.
Hi, as per the license you are granted here on envato you are free to upload and use it in youtube for monetization. That statement means that you cannot redistribute the raw photos (both for money or for free). But you can distribute the end product of the template with all the features including those photos.
So as an example:
You can: Render a neon scene as shown in the tutorial and upload on youtube/ monetize it.
You can’t: Take any single element of the template, such as a photo, and redistribute/sell/upload it on its own.
This same thing apply for every item on videohive. You are free to use our items for what they are intended to. That is: produce a video from them and redistribute/ upload it, etc. But of course you cannot take separate elements or the actual template and re-sell them.
So basically in a single sentence: Yes you can upload any video made with our template and you are free to use all the features of the template, without crediting anyone.
Hope this makes it more clear for you.
Ohh, thank you. Thus, there’s no one part of project that would limit my final product to monetize on YouTube or which would require further action and payment? And all of that you can not guarantee, provided as additional links (photo, fonts).
Hi, yes you can use the template freely with all the things provided with it. Even for youtube monetisation. You do not need to purchase anything else.
Thank you!
You’re welcome. Hope you enjoy using it!
Thanks and regards, Stephan Zammit
I’m not sure that understand:
1. What you mean by textures?
2. I want use files only that I can use by license from you. To prevent copyright infringement of third parties. And don’t want to contact any 3rd parties. What list of specific files I need to delete from project in this case and how it will affect the project. Final video will be monetized on YouTube (I’m parthner of YouTube).
I have subscribe on Envato Elements and can find textures for my project BUT I need to know what I need to find and replace in this project to save copyrights – which parts from demo are not under your side of copyright.
Hmm, looks like kidding. You write: Textures: One or more textures on this 3D model have been created with photographs from Textures.com. These photographs may not be redistributed by default; please visit www.textures.com for more information.
I open project and see that in folder Textures 100 files or something about this. Sorry, but what I need to do – write to Textures.com and ask: “Hey, which files from this project on you own??” or I need to find it by my hend – every pipes, every bokeh, every knob switch.
It is not good to write as politic inside information about item. I don’t want search every from this textures to understand, what I can to use for YouTube monetization, and what cannot…
Please, explain. And please, not use common words. I buy it not for long discussion from 100 messages from me to you and back. WRITE CLEAR what elements are clear to use for YouTube monetization inside my project, and what I need to replace.
If you not use photo that not your own, why I cannot do same with textures. Or write in information to item: which textures not your own. Or if all this textures not your own, what sense in project. I cannot reanimate new billboards or something else.
Which another files not are free inside license to this project??

Nice work, wish you many sales.
Hi there
Awesome stuff . Lots of contents .. And works perfectly …
My only “problem” or I would say concern is the rendering time .
I’ve tried to render a scene yesterday and even in draft it was saying something like 16hours .. !! and that was just for a test
so any tips or advice ? Can you tell what was the rendering time on your demo ? I’m running a I7 with a GTx960 and 16gb thank you !
Hi, thanks for your purchase, I’m glad you like it, and that it’s working well for you.
As for your question, we tested the template on a 3 year old i7 laptop, and the rendering was around 2 to 4 hours per scene. The project is quite intensive, since it generates loads of 3D layers and effects, in order to achieve the realistic look, but on your system I would say it should render in about 1 to 2 hours per scene. As a tip I would recommend checking the duration you are rendering; by default the project is set to the maximum, so make sure you reduce the duration to the amount that you need (this is explained in Help Video 12). For your reference, our tests were based on 10 seconds. In normal situations, you wouldn’t want to keep the same shot for a long time, so a shot of 10 to 20 seconds should be more than enough. One last thing that you can check is that you don’t have multiple scenes stacked under each other in the ‘Main Comp’, since this can really slow the renders. For best results I suggest rendering 1 scene at a time.
Hope this is of help to you. Once again thank you for your purchase, and I hope you really enjoy using the project!
Thanks a bunch ! Much appreciated ! Meanwhile I actually made some research etc.. And some tweaking and I’ve been able to go down with 3hours for 20s and I’ve added some stuff so comparing to your demo. That’s pretty good ! Thanks so much again !
That’s quite good for 20s! You’re very welcome. If you need anything else, don’t hesitate to ask! Also, if you find the template useful, you can leave a rating and a short review in the download section. We’d really appreciate!
Thanks and regards, Stephan Zammit
Hi im having the same problem as ‘jcvilaplana’ the Movs dont open, saying they are unsupported. im running After effect cc 2015 on PC. did you discover the cause of the problem? thanks
when i open the MOV’s in vlc player they dont seem to play right either. please help
Hi, this is usually associated with the QuickTime player. Since .mov is a fomat made by Apple, it needs QuickTime to run properly. Do you have this installed on your pc? You can download it from the following link: https://support.apple.com/downloads/quicktime
thanks for getting back to me. i do have Quicktime. but i’ll try downloading the latest version and let ya know
Ok, I will hear from you. Thanks
hi ive updated quicktime and still the same problem with the movs its billboard footage 56 to 72. what do u suggest?
which is basically all the movs
Hi, this is quite odd, since we are testing the same files on different PCs, and they work with no problem.
Just a few more things to troubleshoot the problem. Does the footage play when opened through Quicktime? (when it plays in quicktime it might lag a bit, that is due to the high resolution of the footage, and it is completely normal).
Also, are you extracting/ unzipping the downloaded file, before opening the project?
The following procedure sometimes solves problems related to .mov files, which you might find helpful as well:
Try setting your default player for .mov files to QuickTime. Right click on one of the mov files you are having a problem opening in AE. Select the “Open with” and select “Choose default program…” at the bottom. Select Quick Time. (Make sure the “Always use the selected program to open this kind of file” box is checked.) Reboot your computer. Open AE and see if it works.
thanks a lot. im still having trouble but its ok cus i want to track it into my own footage anyway so it will still be everything i need it for. thanks
Hi, ok, if you require those specific scenes, and still have any problems, don’t hesitate to contact me, maybe I can convert them in a format that works for you. But yes, if you are tracking into the footage, the other scenes should do the trick. Thanks for your purchase and I hope you enjoy working with it for your project!
Does this have user friendly interface and templates , meaning can any one can use it , i am so tempted to get it , but i am scared i wont know how to use it.
Hi, thank you for your interest. Yes anyone should be able to use it. The project has all the features as advertised in the video demo, with the difference that it uses the After Effects interface. Including simple drag and drop features, such as; sign shapes, pre-made designs, image auto-trace, drag and drop details and wires, etc. Of course everything is done using the user interface of after effects.
Apart from this there is a 12 step video series (with English voice over), which should guide you through all the features and steps that you should take. They explain even the very basics, so even people with no AE knowledge should be able to use it, once you follow the videos.
Of course if at any point you do not understand something, you can also contact us, and we will guide you through your problem.
If you choose to buy it, it would be great if you drop us a message through our profile page to tell us how you found it. Since feedback will help us to continue improving the product and making it even more user friendly.
WOW , so like even the camera movement and stuff ?
As for the camera movement, this is pre-made for all the scenes. Basically each scene has its own pre-made camera movement, so you don’t even have to touch this. There are around 100 scenes, and every scene has its own movement, and style (of course with some AE knowledge you can even add your own movement). So you just select a scene that you like, add you own design and render. The scenes with the custom background photo (such as scenes under “The Alley” category), require a few additional steps, but this is all explained in the help videos. So I think you should be able to follow quite well. Just make sure to watch the included help documentation.
Awwww awesome you convinced me , imma get it right now. thanks for quick replies
That’s great! If you are confused on how to do something, or encounter any problems along the way, you can contact us through our profile page. We’ll make sure to get you through it.
I do not recommend buying this template. If you do not have good knowledge of After Effects. The support you get is to read and see the tutorial.
Hi, as per previous emails, you can find some tips in the email. Of course if you have further questions don’t hesitate to contact us again, and we will answer you with a solution.
Very nice
Thank you
Hi! I’d like to know if i can use your neon sign creator tool and motion track it into a live action scene of my own footage? being able to position it in 3d space and angle as i wish within after affects. thankyou
As for you question, yes this is very possible and quite easy to do. Most of the neon scenes have a simple position Control layer, which can be moved in 3D space, and all the sign, glow effects, etc move with it. So what you’ll need to do is just remove the things that are related to the background image, and you’ll have just the neon sign, which you can place wherever you like in the 3D space, since it is a 3d sign. It even has a simple to use a depth control option. So you can modify the actual neon depth/thickness in 3d space. Of course the camera track, etc is not explained in the help video documentation, but I am sure you know how to do this.
That’s all I think, I hope you will love using the toolkit! If you have any further questions don’t hesitate to ask!
thankyou so much! that’s all i needed to hear. you’re brilliant.
That’s great. Thank you
I can not open the “footage”. Fails
Hi, thank you for your purchase.
Do you have Quicktime player installed on your pc? As a general note, After Effects requires this to be able to read and render .mov files. You can download this for free from Apple’s site, from the following link: https://support.apple.com/downloads/quicktime
If you have this installed and still having any problems, you can send me a screenshot of any errors via my email: stephanzammit@neuronfx.com . So that I will be able to identify what is causing it.
Regards, Stephan
Ok. Than You. NO, Before is all correct
Hi, I’m not sure if I understood your last message. Is it working for you now?
I can write to your email please? my email is jcvilaplana@hotmail.com
Yes of course, if you have any questions/ problems you can send me an email on stephanzammit@neuronfx.com
