Hi, yes you can use it with alpha channel, no problem! You have to export video file on PNG format with alpha channel.

Yeah right. For one reason or another mn crashed computer , and it is a very heavy base. Is it possible to open separately the puppets ?
If you do not have a lot of RAM, is better to open it on CS6.
