The frontal view scenes with touch gestures on a device…is it possible to change the background image (like putting there a different city or room)?
Hello, you can only change the background in 3D scenes but if you send us the screenshot of this frontal view scene you want, we can clarify if it is possible or not

hello, great footage! but i have one question: how can i achieve the composition out of the device effect like in the video at 00:30 seconds. i assign some text layer to the move tool and then copy the corner pin effect from the screen to the text layer (with all the keyframes) but if i try to position the text layer out of the device screen it seems there is a mask. i am unable to position the text layer out of the screen (like in your example “messaging text image or video”). it gets masked when i position the text outside of the screen. i didnt find the example project where i maybe can figure out how you do it. can you help me?

No, for mock-up footage , you can only change the video holder. (Inserting your video/pic instead of green screen)

In the digital explainer scene/multi devices…is there a way to REMOVE the iPhone and only show the iPad? We purchased this to explain our iBook/iPad and unfortunately, we don’t want the iPhone included. There just aren’t useable iPad images in a corporate setting nor ALONE in an explainer scene. Disappointed. No iPad only explainer.
At 0:24 seconds in the preview video there is an iPad multiple page explainer. Why is this not included? It’s advertised as included.

It’s not possible to remove the iPhone from the scene.
The device in 0:24 is a free Photoshop mock-up and I can send it to you. please just send us a mail from our profile page. However it’s not included in the package, because it’s just for presenting the product and showing details.

This scene is an example for attach assets to the phone. In each composition there is a null named “Move Tool” and you can parent any layer yo want to this layer.
