Great project, very professional. Feel free to look through my music for your next project, if you’d like.
Thank you.
Can you point out where is the comp in project file for the shot at mark 1:07 in the promo video?
This is a screenshot: https://gyazo.com/caa77c9c1f6ea635efe97016595a7789I know there’s a iOS toolkit included in the project file, but I mean where can I find that specific iPhone shot (either rendered or still pictured)?
Hi,
Thanks for purchasing from us and sorry for our delay in answering. It’s a free file from Pixeden. You can get it from here : http://www.pixeden.com/psd-mock-up-templates/3d-view-iphone-6-psd-vector-mockup

Great work!
Thanks
I purchased it , but i need more from digital explainer , can you give us the project that includes iphone 6 3d model ( E3D will be great… ) ?
Hi,
Please drop us a mail (video.pixflow@gmail.com) and I’ll send you Cinema 4D files.
Hey PixFlow,
i just purchased iTouch 2 to build a professional video for my client. Now, while building my video I noticed that a lot of your tracked Mock-Up shots are not really professional tracked, because they are shaking very much. I hope this isn’t your fault and you can give me any advice how to fix this in your project. Maybe a wrong setting? I really like your other projects such as „Pixity Land“ why I thought this one is build on the same quality standard.
I also need to used one of your digital scenes (10 Zoom Shot on iPhone) where I get a very bad flickering on the top of the iPhone. I watched your Trailer again and found the scene at 0:46 on the right side. But here I couldn’t see any flickering.
Could you please help me to fix these problems?
If you need I can send you some preview video links I created with your Mock-Up.
Hi Daniel,
Thanks for purchasing from Pixflow
Could you please send us the video IDs and your preview video links to us by mail (video.pixflow@gmail.com), so we can be more helpful.
Best regards
Hey PixFlow,
I’m sorry but I had no time to send you the files. The problem I had was created bei pasting the Mockup-Files into an other comp. Maybe the problem originated while copying the comps into some other comps with different settings or fps durations. After some hours searching I fixed the problem on my own but I cannot recreate the problem so it’s fine now. I’m sorry again for my scathing message before. Your Mockups are very cool and now while everything works it’s great to use it.
Thank your again for your fast support message.
Dear Daniel,
We really appreciate your feedback. Yes, it’s better to include whole composition in your main comp. Please let me know if we did anything wrong or you have any problem.
Best regards
I purchased this kit as was really disappointed. I was really excited about using a specific mock-up scene shown on the main page. (the one with an iPad and iPhone resting on a couple of wooden planks)
After paying the money and downloading, I discovered that the scenes listed in the website aren’t necessarily the scenes you’ll get after you purchase.
Hi,
Thanks for purchasing iTouch
I apologize for this issue. Unfortunately we had removed this footage from the package because of some technical problems. However we’ve included the list of mock-up footage in the video presentation. Again please accept my apologize for this problem.
Regards
Incredible! Well done!! Any thoughts on making a similar project but with an Android device? Thanks
Hi,
Thanks for your kind words. We’ve tried that to include Android devices in iTouch too, but we had some problem. We don’t have a plan to do this at this time but it’s possible in the future.
Hi PixFlow,
Having fun using this in many respects but a couple of areas I am not clear on 100%.
1. With the mockups I have an app with an image in the background which the contents can scroll over. With a solid bg I can imagine how it would work. Overlay the fixed sections and have a long/tall image of the scrolling section that moves. But this won’t work because of the background in this case. Is the solution to just look at the keyframes and see click then scroll is 2 secs apart and just try and perform the changes live and just put in a fixed video in the holder? Obviously changing the speed of the video or content is possible to make a fix but you wouldn’t want to change it too much. I just want to make sure there’s not an easier solution before I get going and waste a lot of time going back and forth trying to do it this way. I think the gestures toolkit is the best way to ‘demo’ content and the mockups don’t need to be so accurate in practice really right? Which brings me to my second question…
2. With the gesture toolkit it would be great if there was a ‘target’ for the taps. So you knew at this point the finger will click right here. ATM you have to guess where the click actually happens and it’s usually a bit to the left of the finger as it clicks downwards. If there was a ‘targeting system’ this would make the process much quicker I think. Again am I missing something that makes the process more automated?
Really enjoying using it, just hard to choose what to scenes to use with so much choice and making the trade of between ease of use and realism. The single click items are easy to use versus the multi ones because of the background issue requiring me to perform it…
Cheers – Matt
Hi Matt,
First of all thanks for purchasing iTouch II.
1) It’s really hard to find out your problem. I was wondering if you could send me a capture video. You can use this program for capturing : www.techsmith.com/snagit.html
2) Gestures are footage. You can easily change the position of them and animate them to click on different points.
Please send us a mail : video.pixflow@gmail.com
Sincerely,
Pixflow Studio
I’ll mail you if I need serious help. It’s OK atm. Just takes a bit of time. I think I can see how it should work, but I’m submerged in the project atm and will see later how it comes out.
Thank you. Fell free to mail us.
Hi, Newbie Question. I am just looking at AE and Premiere Pro to do a project. Is it possible to in AE with this Mock up kit – 1. replace the phone screen with a video recording of an actual screen recording taken on a real phone. And 2. are the finger gestures – where the user clicks on the screen – can I move that finger to a different part of the screen? 3. Being new to AE and Premiere – how easy is it to do above? Or are these intermediate or advanced techniques?
Then I ‘d hope to render a part of this footage and place in premiere pro.
Thanks in advance
Hi,
1) You can place any image or video in the video holder (like video presentation).
2) In real mock-up kit you can’t do this. But in Hand gestures toolkit, yes you can.
3) With basic knowledge of After Effects , you can use this package. Also it comes with a tutorial.
Regards
Thank you. I’ll purchase shortly.
You’re welcome.
Hello PixFlow!
Could you tell me if ‘iTouch 2 | App Mock-Up Kit’ needs any plugins? Or After Effects is quite enough for me to launch and modify your mockup?
Thanks, Eugene I.
Hi Eugene,
It needs just After Effects. 3D devices are pre-rendered and you can use them in After Effects without any plugins.
All the best
very nice! keep it up!
Thank you
What’s in this new update? I’m just up to my neck making a video and there’s a lot to take in – I haven’t looked yet, but anything specific or fixed that’s important? Also when you memory issues what’s the best way to handle that. Load everything, choose what you need and then delete alll the stuff from the project file that you definitely won’t use? Thanks in advance.
Hi, First of all thanks for purchasing.
In this update we’ve included video tutorial, removing a bug from “Details II” scene and some little problems. You can use separate folders of project too. Digital explainers, real mock-up or hand gestures. Also if you want to use all of them, you can open the main file and remove unused file as you said.

WoW !
Thanks
Hi there,
I have emailed you guys regarding two issues I had while running the project on June 02, and I want to make sure you guys have received the email ?
Issue no. 1) The file, “timeline dwn-device.mov” which is in the, “Path…...\02-Digital Explainer Scenes\(Footage)\Device Rendersr” Folder, is not working for me.
Issue no. 2) In the Details II composition of the Digital Explainer folder, the image goes blank(appears black) from, 1.5 seconds to 5 seconds time inerval.
Kindly, any help would be greatly appreciated. Nonetheless, thanks a lot for such great product.
Thanks, -Asim
Hi Asim,
Thanks for purchasing iTouch 2
Please check your mailbox.

Hey there,
Looks great, can’t wait to buy it, what’s the audio file? The music you have listed isn’t the track used in the preview.
Hi,
Thanks for letting us know. The link has been updated now.
Oh, no, PixFlow, please… Another “bug” – in footage 15 and 16 there is a calendar on a table with year… 2013! (we all have 2015 year now) – don’t do such setbacks. Can you mask this, and publish the update?
I appreciate your attention to details. It’s so good for us to know that customers want HQ products and they see little details too.
We have an update for next week in our timeline. We’ll remove it too in new version. But if you need it necessary please send me a mail from our profile page and I’ll send you quick tutorial to show you how you can remove it.
Kind Regards
This cover of the book on the table with milk on the face is… well, in my opinion simply stupid (it’s not creative anyhow, it’s also not provocative). Footage should be neutral – I can not use it, I just started to track and mask it, but it’s a lots of work. May I ask for a replacement of them?
Dear Martenti,
First thanks for purchasing from PixFlow. We hope you enjoy using the other scenes. This magazine includes best photographies showcases and this picture is cover of this magazine. Maybe you don’t like this art, but some professional artists decided to make it as cover of this magazine.
It’s not possible to change it, maybe you can just blur it.
Regards
big work
Thanks
