You need adobe illustrator to create a logo and optical flares plugin to render it…
No, you don’t need Adobe Illustrator and Optical Flare plugin, read description, you have pre-rendered optical flares in Pre-rendered folder, You can even type your TEXT instead logo. Read the manual before you leave any comment!

Thanks Cyzer, every template has customer, why is cheap i don’t know but i hope it will sell nice. Template is not complex and very easy for customization.
