Hello tgarretteaton,
I’m thinking of purchasing your “Film Noir Titles” template but have a couple questions first. When you say “Full 3-D City to customize” Do you mean 2d planes in the After Effects 3d Space, or do you mean a full 3d file as in 3ds Max, Maya, etc.? I ask because I’m thinking of incorporating a 3d element, like a car, into the composition and will need to plan a workflow. Also, did you ever figure out the “missing text” problem that some of your customers of this product have mentioned?
I’m using AE-CS6 if it matters.
Hi, it is all built in After Effects- no 3d scene file. As for the text, I haven’t gotten a clear answer from those customers, but I assume they have fixed the issue since they never responded further. I think they may have been missing some fonts. This file should work in CS6, but it is pretty old at this point, so some of the effects may be different in a newer version. Let me know if you have any other questions!
I am having the same issue with the Detective’s Office scene. Was there a solution to this?
Sorry for my delayed response… Does it show up when you render it? One thing to make sure is that the “Draft 3D” switch is not checked.. Send me an email, or let me know more details, thanks!
Hello, it does not show up at all. Draft 3D is not checked, either. The same thing is happening with a few other scenes as well.
For some reason, the keyboard is all out of sync. For example, when I Press the key “a” I see ”?” appear. None of these keys are responding correctly. Any idea why? Running latest After Affects CC
Hi, what composition is giving the problem? Is it only this project?
Your work is incredible!! Among the Dead is brilliant! Any new templates (Horror-style) in the works? Keep up the phenomenal work!
thanks Briny7777!
I also have the missing text issue. Is there a fix for it or an update I need?
Im having the same “issue” The text in the Detective’s Office scene won’t display for some reason. I can see it and edit it in the text precomp window, but when I go back to the entire composition preview, the text doesn’t display on the floor. “Draft 3D” disabled, is there any other tip?..
Hmm, not sure what the problem might be in that case. Do you see any of the other shadows? Can you send me a copy of your project?
I also am having the same problem as lou1492 and dodgerjg842 please advise

Do you have “Draft 3D” enabled? This would cause the text to not show up…
Will this piece of sweetness work with CS6?
This graphic looks amazing!! I want to buy it but i have CS6. Will it work on that?
I am having the same problems as Lou1492… Both the first Wall and Detectives Office comps aren’t loading the text despite it showing in the precomps!?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Running CS5 .
Cheers.
Disregard my CS5 question. I went ahead and purchased and it loaded fine in CS5 , aside from a missing font and one issue I’m trying to figure out.

Anyway, thanks again for the incredible work and making it affordable. I hope to use it to create an intro for my vlog.
Lou
Stupid question, but will this have any problems in CS5 ? Thanks in advance, it’s gorgeous work, I can only imagine the time this took you to create.
Thanks Paulo! Thanks everyone for the comments and positive ratings!
