I’ve bought your template. I use after effects on an 21,5 ” iMac with 8 GB ram… latest OS X Version! Is this not enough for after effects and your template? it’s really slow… i cannot even watch the preview… everything takes really really hours. i have not those problems with other templates…???!

Just have a question on which license I need. I work for a corporation where we want to make videos with Pixity explaining what we offer to our customers. We wont be selling the video it self.. It would just describe the services we offer and the overall brand message, and advertising what we offer to customers. What kind of license do I need? We’d like to make a bunch of videos I’d say 5 or more.

Hi, I used your project in CS6 and never had any problem. But I am now with CC 2015 (trial version) and When I load the project (or open it directly) I cant see the preview, I only have a black screen. Any idea of where it comes from ? Is it normal on CC, and should I come back to CS6 ?

In your video, you might wanna take a few minutes to proofread the words “Character” which are misspelled in various ways throughout the video. Might be too much trouble at this point, just thought I’d point it out.

Hi! I’m really excited to use this product but currently it opens with color bars as placeholders for many of the design elements. As it loads, it comes up with the commonly reported missing fonts, but also a message that says “5739 files are missing since you last saved this project.” It has done this since the very first time I opened the .aep, and I haven’t made any changes anyway. I’ve sent screenshots to video.pixflow@gmail.com

How can I do zoom on a girl in a Story.

Has the experience generally been that it takes a very long time to open, and save the aep file? I imported the project into another project in CC2015 on a very powerful mac pro OSX 10.10.5 and it is unusably slow to respond and ram preview. I am not sure why it is so slow, any thoughts?

I can’t open the project files on AE CC 2014. The progress stops at 96% and just hangs. Waited a couple minutes and nothing. Clearing the cache did not help.

Also, I did not see the fonts in the “01 Text Documentation (Help)” folder. Should I be looking in a different folder?

Thanks for the amazing work. However, I still have problems to drag and drop facial expressions to characters :/ . I closed all other programs and just have after effects running. I don’ t know what to do. Does anyone else have the same problem ? Is there any other way to apply the face expressions without using drag and drop ? Thanks
