nice work, but I want to change text color under color settings i am not getting it!
please explain.
To change the text color, open the Color Settings comp in the Settings folder. There is a single null layer on the timeline that has 3 color setting effects on it: Background High and Low (for the background gradient) and Text Color. With the layer selected, press “E” to show all effects. Double click the Text Color effect and use the color picker to choose a new color. It should be reflected in the preview of that comp and throughout the project.

As far as the social media logos, I haven’t heard of any specific restrictions. I got permission from an icon designer to distribute these logos he stylized. I did see another social media project with a Facebook and Twitter logo, so it looks like it’s ok to design with.
