I purchased the Marketing Explainer video with the music and sound affects, I downloaded AE and did not realize you have to import each single sound affect, Do you not have a sound file that follows your exact explainer video? This make things very difficult for people who don’t master AE, Sounds like ill be spending days and days trying to figure this program out…
Hi! No worries, there is a sound layer mixed exactly for the project. You don’t need to re-create it from scratch. Please just follow the instructions. Jakub

Hey i purchase 3 of the videos, music and all the special effects. I dont see the voice overs? that was a big reason why I purchased.
No worries, the VOs are included. Just open the AE project and the VO layers are there… don’t forget to RAM preview (“0” on numpad) to also hear it.

I purchased this video thinking I was only going to have to confirm the color and update it with my company logo and contact info. I didn’t realize I needed AE software to update and that I would need to purchase music and fonts as well. Why wouldn’t the music and font already be included in the price of the purchase? I’m a bit confused.
I’m not a technical person, do you have a source that can affordably just update my logo and company contact info and set it up to appear in the teal green? Please advise. Thank you so much. Be well, Jennifer
Hey there Jennifer,
I’m really sorry about your troubles, but in the description are stated even versions of After Effects you need to customize the template. Also it is clearly stated that music and SFX are not included. I cannot include it right inside the file since this is how the marketplace work. BTW fonts can be downloaded for free, even for commercial use.
I would suggest downloading the free 30-day AE trial and give it a try…I got many first-time AE users and they were able to make it work The other option is that I can customize and render it for you, but this is a paid service. for some reason when i go to render the file, its saying its missing a 145 files…. not sure why?

I’m sorry for your troubles, but no worries, this seems like a common problem: you can’t open the AE project before properly saving (unzipping) everything into one folder. So before you start customizing the project, unzip everything into one folder and then start the project from this new location. In other case, After Effects cannot locate the source files.
Before I purchase, does this come with a female voice? One I could listen to maybe?
No, I’m sorry, just the male voice from the preview is available…
We purchased the sound effects file, but after unzipping it we found it has dozens of sound files. How do we add the sound effects file into the project as a SWF as your PDF suggests? Or can we just enter the purchase license?

I’m having just one problem with this file. Everything else was pretty easy. It’s with the main color background. Your instructions tell me to just hit F3, then check/uncheck the colors, but that doesn’t work.
I figured out how to just change the background color, but there are all the blue shadows which I can’t change. I’m having an issue with this last piece, then I’m all set.
Please help? Thank you!
OK, now I got ALMOST everything to work. Except when I changed the color to my own color, all the shadows automatically changed except for the ones underneath the target, sales chart, and pig. Those are still bright red. Any ideas? All other shadows are dark red.
I have the background at #660000 and the shadows I want to be #330000. I can’t get those last few circles to change for some reason.
Hey there, I’m so sorry about your troubles, but the color pickers for custom scheme should work OK (if no other scheme is selected) for the main color and even for the shadows. No one actually reported such problem. I will take a look into this issue… what is your AE version, please?
Thanks for the reply! I have the latest version of AE. I have Adobe Creative Cloud, so whenever there’s an update I get updated, so it should be the most current.
Here’s the issue…it’s not really with the picker, but with with the shadows that are under the sales chart and pig near the end. Those circle don’t change for me when I pick my custom color. They are still either blue or bright red, depending on the color theme I chose before putting in my own color.
As a work-around, I just used your “red” theme, which is a little more Orange than I would like, but it is what it is, and I don’t want to spend hours messing around just to get a couple shades darker. It’s a great video, and 95% very easy to use, and you did an amazing job, and I think you for creating it!
OK, thanks for the info. There seems to be a bug in the color control scripts… probably only in CC versions, since CS6 is OK… hmm,..will look into it. Thanks.
