You must open the prerendered version of the project…Go to the root of the project files and find folder named “VideoHive Dual Reality prerender”. Inside you will find prerendered version of the project. When you open it plugins required notification will go away.
Hello bought the project and every time I render it crashes what do I do? really wanted to use an advertisement that I do and not getting to.

this is the first project that gives this kind of problem.
Well, its a robust project, using many layers arranged in 3D space, so I guess thats can be a problem. Here is some things that can help you: 1. Use prerender version 2. Try to open every prerender clip in your AE and try to prerender it (I don’t know why but with some other project I have the same issue and I find out that the problem was on already prerendered clips) 3.Turn off camera blur(that will free some process calculations for those 3d layers) 4. Try to prerender parts of the project and than composed it later(its demand some advance knowledge) 5.You can try find some more power computer just for this task (RAM 8GB at least)
I hope something from this will help you finish your project. Once again, you should understand that this is complex, heavy project, and demand more power but on other hand thats the reason why it looks so good. Good luck and happy rendering!

I just watched this… incredible! I was considering purchasing this for an opener for a webcast that I’m producing, my question is I’m relatively new to AE, though I’ve used Motion quite a bit. How difficult is this file to manipulate if I wanted to adjust the colors, use videos instead of still for the images, and add customized music?

What is the Recommended RAM for this project. I am getting the same Rendering error. 6000×4000 I even took out all blur and still getting the error 2 seconds into the project Render! Sorry to be a Pain
With quad processor and 8GB RAM render will took approximatively 4 hours. If you are using prerender version, off course.

I was wondering what this message means , when i open up this file is says this project contains 112 references to missing effects phrase, install the following effects to restore these references optical flares , what does this mean? Can you tell me how I would go about doing this?
You opened the full version of the project. Open the prerender version, and this messages will go away. Prerender version is located in separated folder “Dual Reality prerender” in root of project folder…
how long is it suppose to take typical on a i mac dual core i3 its taking forever to render. What composition settings i should select?
Choose prerender version, it’s faster. With i3 duo and 8GB RAM it will take I guess 7-8 hours…
thanks for the input..the only way I could get it to work is to export as a .swf then bring it into Premeire to convert..I’m just as baffled as this is the only template I’ve had problems with…no worries though
yes I have been attempting to (render uncompressed AVI ) but best case scenario is to get 1min 26sec before my system locks up and AE needs to be restarted. let it sit for eight hours today and it didn’t progress beyond that time reference.
This project is double checked, first by me, and then by Envato team. Also it’s already purchased nearly 80 time and only few people had problems, mostly with RAM issues. In your case this definitely was not the problem so maybe, if you have access to some other computer (or same stronger laptop, it will last longer to render but you will get the job done), maybe you should try that…It would be the fastest way to deal with this problem. Everything else (trying to find what wrong for your comp particularly) would take much more time…

thank you for the prompt reply, I appreciate it. Rendering “pre-render” version and it locks up just after 1 min. Exporting as .swf file currently as that seems to be the only format that doesn’t lock up the system. Will try a couple other things to see if I can tweak the output. Again, I think this is one of the most impressive templates I’ve seen in a while…
Did you try to render uncompress avi file?... If there is any mess with the codec, uncompress (loseless) avi file should work fine, and after render is complete you can render that clip it in any format you like. Also, what do you mean by lock up system? If After Effect stop responding after you hit render, maybe you should let him be that way for about 10-15 min, maybe he start responding. I hope this helps.
Of all the Envato templates I’ve purchased this is the first one to constantly crash my system. 16GB ram, i-7,etc… Suggestions? Looks like a great template if I can only get it to operate correctly.
Your config. is more then OK. Are you trying with prerendered or full version? Prerendered version is lighter for render (it should be 4-5 hours top on your config)
