Hi, I’ve placed all my footage in the PH however, all the shots with the glitch effect still have the glitch title/name in the top left corner (eg: line gitch 3.mp4). Please help as I can’t find a way to remove the glitch names.
Hello, i purchase this before 4 days and all this time i have tried to edit the text inside but every time the result is the same, there is no video footage inside like preview. as i search the comments i saw that the video isn’t included and you have another version with video included, my question is, is it possible to cancel this item and then buy the second version, or somehow to trade this item with the second one, i don’t know if this is possible… this is the right version that i want: https://videohive.net/item/dj-promo-night-club-promo/12130527
Hello. Great product and thanks for the instructions. I have gotten all the way to the end in the “party info tuner comp” and for some reason, when I edit the info inside this comp, the “party info” and main comp does not update. So when I render it still has the stock info in it, even though the tuner comp has my updated info.
Help please.
When we purchase this, does it come with everything included (e.g. all the video that is included in the preview)? I just want to be able to change the text to what I need and everything else stays the same.

Just purchased and download the file and it is not really working…The title file does not show up as your example or tutorial. There is no black middle bar under the text glitch and make the text is un-readable. It only has see tho text outline.
Its problems with After Effects. Another customers have same problems with another items. Re-download main files (archive) to fix the problem. If problem will not be solve after re-downloading please – write me directly via e-mail: proskurovskiy@fastmail.com
