Once you purchase the Template, a link to download will be provided by Videohive. The files are then yours to keep as long as you want.

Hi Dennynrj, Unfortunately I can’t provide detailed support in Portuguese, but your problem could be caused by you using a different language version of After Effects. Try switching your AE language to English by following these instructions (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=osshLLrXEq4).
