My rating is 2 out of 5 – that’s how much of the promised functionality I actually got. The main issue: you can barely use it without Elementor, and the author should’ve said that clearly at the start, instead of claiming wide theme compatibility.
Most reviews about “great support” seem fake — support is incredibly unhelpful. You can’t be that bad by accident — you have to really try hard. And you will need a lot of support, because the plugin is full of bugs and poorly explained features.
They also claim to offer many shortcodes — but most don’t work at all, or display broken, ugly output that’s basically unusable.
Critical bugs I found:
- Subtotals not showing correctly in the cart
- Total rental price missing on the product page
- Plugin loads Google Maps scripts even when all map features are turned off
...and more you’ll likely encounter.
The plugin logic often makes no sense. For example:
No Price column in the Manage Orders table — why?!
You can assign a product to a location, but the plugin doesn’t track product movement between pick-up and drop-off. Then what’s the point of locations?
The documentation looks detailed at first but turns out to be vague, skips important points, and is written in bad English. Tooltips in the plugin settings are either missing or unclear.
I had to hire a freelancer just to get things working and fix countless issues. When an update came, it broke more stuff again. The developer I hired reported poor code quality and lots of inconsistency — like using "dropoff" in one part of the code, then "pickoff" or "pick_off" somewhere else, which obviously causes bugs.
Overall, this plugin feels like buying from AliExpress: great promo, flashy screenshots — and then a buggy, low-quality product that barely works.
Yes, with time and coding, you can get it running. But honestly, that’s not what you expect from a paid plugin.
Author response
Some of your requirements are not supported by the plugin, so you have to modify the code—that's inevitable. We told you that you could request a refund, but you didn’t do so. It’s truly unfair to rate us 2 stars.
