I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from the customer service. I've sent multiple messages and have yet to reveive a single reply. This level of services is unacceptable and reflects poorly this 'company'. Prompt communication is essential in addressing customer concerns, and ignoring messages is not the way to retain loyal customers
