I contacted Support twice. 1st time was rather quick and useful (a conflict w/ a plugin from other theme, it was deactivated & OK). 2nd time was also rather quick, but an issue was not resolved since "This is defiantly not a theme problem". OK. When I researched the issue (within 2 minutes) & understood the reason, I fixed it within a minute. Yes, it was not related to the theme. So, if you have an issue w/ the theme, np. But sometimes it is difficult to understand - it is theme issue or not. I set 5 stars. But my real mark is 4.75 stars in total.
