Please to say the support was 10 stars, they just add me a new event on the module, and it was done in a day or less, and after communicating by email we got that thing working with the new event added, so yes that guy deserve 10 stars, for a job well done and a very nice javascript plugin that works to perfection.

Don't be shy to get this player it is the best one so far that i saw out there.
