I have not come across this issue before. Does the file give you any errors or notifications when opening? Which version of After Effects are you using?
Hi thanks for quick reply! No error on loading the project. Using version 16.0.1 I duplicated the main comp and that may be part of the issue. When I returned the layers I had added and formated back to the Main comp, the timeControl worked! Thanks

Hi, I have switched off the background layer so it is transparent and rendered my word with RGB+Alpha as I want a transparent background, but when I view it I only have the outline of the letters! Any ideas?

You need to render as Quicktime .PNG with the Alpha channel enabled.

Make sure the layer durations are long enough.
Hi, thank you so much, this is going to save me a lot of time. I was wondering if you could help me fix one of the letters “e”. When I opened the AE file, I noticed that the letter “e” looked a little funky. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Here’s a link to the screenshot.

Have you checked the other letters? How are they working? It’s possible you have a “wrong” version of the font,so make sure you download and install the one available in the project description.

Just wondering why we have to pay a fee for use of the font in a commercial product? In purchasing a regular licence of this product (which is dependant on the font), then it should also be included. If not, then I would like to request a refund, as I cannot use the file for my intended purpose.

same happened to me! I installed the font, but the letters are ruined!
Make sure you install the version provided in the description and double check that the font is properly installed by using it in a text field.

Hello! The animation you see in the preview is not included.The package only contains the animated letters,but you can of course use them with anything.
Hi, just bought it. Slight glitch on the lower case ‘e’ and ALL special characters are not working. I use English. $ and Euro symbol would be really appreciated too
Did you download the font from the link i provided? It is very important that you have the right version installed.
These characters were needed to complete compatibility with german language =)
