Hello, I have downloaded this twice again today and it still says 6 files missing. I download from my account. I open in after effects and it consistently says files are missing. When I preview the “final” the earth does not show…it just says “earth.mov” in text. Please assist. I would like to use but I don’t think its working out for me.

Are you able to edit where the globe ends up? So when the logo appears, it shows up over the USA?

I purchased this yesterday and it is fantastic. I am a complete novice when it comes to after effects.
I had some slight trouble with my logo as the colours didn’t quite match, however. Renato was extremely helpful and even customised the project to suit my logo for no extra cost!
I couldn’t ask for more, very impressed!
