I purchased the template and like the end result, however please recommend the best rendering settings for Instagram and Facebook. Also the avi file created with your current settings is very big, how do I reduce the size?
Dear, You can use adobe media encoder and convert it to H.264 it will reduced a lot since AVI is very heavy.

You need to check the Render Settings, Click on “Best Settings” then a dialogue will be open, make sure it’s Best Quality.
