When I place my images in the placeholders – for either, openers, bumpers, or slideshows- they do not show up in the next comp and all the way up the line to the render comp.
First three Placeholder_Openers (01 – 03) are switched off by default as these compositions – Comp_Opener (01 – 03) include typography elements that can be less visible with images behind them. These first three Placeholder_Openers (01 – 03) can be switched on if you need to show up the images there. You can change blending mode to Normal and set up Opacity of the layer to 100% for better visibility if necessary.
The same logic applies to Bumpers and Slideshow – switch on placeholder layers if you need to make them visible, otherwise leave them deactivated.
