I see why you dont want to answer the question now when trying to load the package up again its comes up with a error message say 80 items are missing, so I tried to download it again off here and guess what same again 80 items are missing. not happy want my money back. esp after not answering my question

If you can not download the template from the site write to the support service videohive. Perhaps you have an error while loading. I downloaded the file and checked, all right. You can send me an e-mail address I will send you a template. I am not at work so could not respond quickly sorry.

Hi, I purchased this project I managed to test render this project out. Then when I applied a full edit today I had an issue rendering the project out after taking me some 8hours says a JPEG file missing will have to screen grab the error. Looks like I’m gong to have to start again from the begining. Do you have an email address I can send the error code to. I’m using all video rather than stills for this project. Worked fine on test.

Sorted started the project again with short version there was a missing JPEG error might have been deleted accidently. Rendered out fine great work thanks!

So there no way to save it backward compatible for CS4? I’ve been a Adobe user of illustrator and photoshop since photoshop 2.0 and illustrator 3.0 and they have always had backward compatibility saving, Im not that unto date with AE as I’m just a new user to it.

Version CS5 can not be preserved in CS4
