Can you update the issue and resend or let me know where the element is I need to add in the file so that the project works as expected. Also your first tutorial folder has some spots that are missing. Ex: Video Copilot in your documents and there is no reference or information about it to utilize those tools or that folder.

Hi ! I am having some issues. On Element 3D V2 devices are not there. And Ae communicate following error : “Your video card does not support the selected configuration, please reduce the layer size” 
tested on GTX 970 and double TITAN X SLI configuration . Can you help me fix this issue ?

Love the template. But I am having the same issues. On Element 3D V2 and the Mac Book other devices are not there. What is the work around please?
The Cellphone, Computer and Tablet are missing in project file.
Ok I opened up Element 3D under the effects control and imported the iMac but now I have the same problem as the other chap with it facing the wrong way
Ok I fixed it. The first problem was that element 3D was using the C4D 3d files as a source, when I opened element 3D it was red. So I imported the same asset from the files but the E3D file. But then it brought it in backwards, So I went down to orientation and flipped it 180 degrees and Bobs your uncle! Fixed! Phew. Who do I bill for the 4 hours wasted lol, jokes.

Send you an email. I’m sorry for this issue. This typically opening the Element 3D V1 project on Element 3D V2 version, there is some issue with the rotation or orientation of the 3D object inside the Element 3D.
I have downloaded your project http://videohive.net/item/website-presentation/8996129
and have encountered a problem, after installing elements 3D V2
When I opened the project, it went through the usual convert to After Effects CC 64bit
but all the 3D models are back to front.
is there a fast and easy fix for this? or can you upload an updated project file? Thank you.
