I just google search the message… Looks like you are not alone It seems like an after effects issue rather than a template bug. Can you press OK? Try pressing OK several times (a lot), chances are you will open the template/save it and you will no longer see that message.

WoW thats really weird! Try these two settings: 1. Go to File/Project Settings/expressions/Select “Legacy ExtendScript”. 2. Go to Preferences/Scripting & Expressions and check the “Allow Scripts to …....Network” and Enable Javascript Debugger”

I just checked the file, CC2019 openes the file in 15sec! Maybe you are on a low spec computer (8GB or less ram). My advice would be to delete the 580 animated icons library which is included in the WebPro in order to achieve better opening speed. Hi hbrosselard, I am really glad you did like the web pro template! Concerning your issue it’s really hard to say. A walk trough my be to reinstall the QuickTime or transcode the video elements if any, to different form. Alternatively change the output format (target format). Hope that will work.

Thank you, I converted to H264 Blu Ray and it’s now working. Probably a codecs issue somewhere on my desktop. But I did not faced similar problems with other AE templates. Very good work

Hi unfortunately all videohive templates does not include audio license. The good news is that in case you like the audio used in the preview video there was is always a link to the AudioJungle music author.

Hi. The best way to do that would be to: delete/include all the necessary/unnecessary comps in the main comp which includes the control layer and then go to file reduce project while the main comp is selected. Hope that solves your needs. Thanks Pixamins

What I would do to render for YouTube video would be an H264 (.mp4) file at least 30mb/ second CBR in high definition quality (to select HD go to the output options and select resize to 1920×1080 in high resize quality) Thanks Pixamins
