Just Open the transition comp that you like and you will see there is 3 layers,right!? put your image for example under all these 3 layers

I thought this was a wave transition? I downloaded the file and it looks like a there are only 8 flare transitions which look the same. Where’s the cool metal horizontal wipes? Can you help?
