Hi in your promo video it said we a free video preset every month, i bought this in december and havent got anything yet.
I recently downloaded the Video Presets Package, but I’m having trouble getting it to work properly. Unfortunately, the Animation Studio, which the tutorial stated is necessary for the package to function, was not included in the download. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to locate any contact information for support on the website, and the help section did not yield any results. Although the package was a hefty 10GB in size, the main component I needed is missing
