Hello. I’m having an issue with the 3rd media placeholder. In the preview of the intro, the video used for that placeholder appears completely on the screen but with half of the clip on top and the other half at the bottom and the wavy text in the middle. But when I add a clip to the placeholder on my final cut pro, the picture appears in the upper half of the screen and the bottom is completely black. I can provide screenshots if needed. Any tips on how to fix this?
Hey, I hope you’re well. I figured the ‘media placeholders’ would include both photo’s and video’s. The teaser of this intro has moving images. It turns out I can only add photo’s. Is there a work around I’m missing?
Hello! It works also with videos. The reason why it might not work for you could be video format, frame rate and length of your videos. Please try to use h.264 (mp4) with 25fps. And the video clip length that you want to insert must be at least the same as generator length (11 sec). In case of any questions please send me a message via profile page.
