Can the states be different colors at the same time? For example, can I have New York blue, California Pink and Texas yellow all at the same time?

This is a great template. The designers were very responsive when I found a small issue and resolved it immediately. I highly recommend this template and the author.

Are the dots moving along the state borders removable?

yes of course!we have update the project and in new version you can remove the dots with a controller also a tutorial includes.
