Hi, about the shadow created when it comes to a text, the shadow is rectangle, it doesn’t follow the text (font shape), is it normal?

Can I have multiple words on each flip card, with white letters and different colour backgrounds.
I want to use them as Chapter Cards.
You absolutely could. It might take some adjusting of the size of the type and size of the card to fit that specific need, but it’s fully customizable and possible.

Can the direction of rotation be changed? From top to bottom. And is it easy to do the airport counters?
Yes absolutely! Just reverse the time remapped Kay frames and you’re done!
Amazing effect! I’m still fairly new to After Effects and using expressions, and I’m having trouble converting the overall color from red to a black. Any help you can offer? Thanks!
If you want to tint everything black and white, I would lower the saturation in the color control layer and then put a levels effect on all the letters you are using and crunch down the blacks.
Another option is, after you build your words, put a tint effect on each of the letters of the words.
