After installing the product on my Mac, I get the Enjoy plenty go for premium screen. When I try to login or create an account I get the error “the server is not accessible. Hello, my name is cano11. I purchased “Typoking 1122 Title Pack” from Envato Market. I installed it on my computer. I have Windows 10, After Effects 2022 installed on my computer. I open After Effects program. When I try to activate Typoking 1122 Title Pack, it gives an error message. The error message “An error occurred while connecting to server. Please try again in a few minutes” keeps popping up. I could not activate the product I bought. I am connected to the Internet and there is no problem with my Internet. When this problem is solved, I will buy your other products. Can you please help with this?

Hi, I have two issues: 1) I can not change the duration of the animation. I try to slide the freeze point but the animation gets buggy. 2) I can not use the template I want with different number of words than the default text.

Hi! I keep receiving a warning from my antivirus (BitDefender) about this file: C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\MotionFactory\ipcStarter.bat .. it says it detected potentially malicious behavior, it infects other temp files related to Adobe and it crashes Premiere Pro (because the antivirus closes all affected apps). Could you please investigate? I have both Motion Factory extensions installed (the one for TypoKing and the one for Infinity Tool), I don’t know which one causes the error. It just started to occur a few hours ago, without me doing anything. Until today it was all fine. Will uninstall both extensions for now, thanks.

Actually that file is running some code which help our extension to execute some file management tasks on user systems , because it’s trying to create file and folder in temp folder of users some security systems show warning , if you whitelist that file in your antivirus system you can continue using our extension

I tried following your link on using Typebuilder to change duration but it comes up with an error on both menus it says “Oops! we found something unexpected, If the problem persists please contact our support for help.”
Okay, I managed to remove Motion Factory, Thanks. However, I am still unable to change the duration of the composition
When I click “Create” button in Typoking menu, I get the Type Builder folder in the Project Panel However, there is NO Time Remapping composition precomp, there is only a one precomp in there.
Do I need to install Motion Factory Classic to solve this issue?

Hi there, TypoKing is a separate plugin and you don’t need to install Motion Factory for using TypoKing. Please download the latest version of the Typoking from Envato and install it.

I did install but it didn’t help. I can still see typo effect on my AE and same goes for the key.

Disappointment… Installation problems… after installation the Typoking window does not appear, necessary repairs via the terminal. Activation issues, need to uninstall and reinstall the product. The Typoking browser window is meaningless – thumbnails are miniature without the possibility to enlarge it, browser window has a fixed size of 2×2.5 thumbnails. On 27” display unusable… At first glance a promising tool, after installation huge disappointment.

Hello, you can create packs for Motion Factory without any problem, just create a folder as a category and then place AEP or MOGORT items there, to have a preview feature you need to have a file with exact same name of item but with MP4 extension, after creating that package you can sell it for any purpose and offer your user to install Motion Factory for ease of use, as Motion Factory itself is a free software there will be no license problem unless you sell the Motion Factory plugin itself or the items which Pixflow designed and sell for Motion Factory.

Hi, I have been looking around and watching your tutorials but I haven’t been able to find any info on the “animate in” duration (like the time it takes to animate a title). For example, I need more or less precise control over the timing it takes to animate in/on (and out) titles for synchronizing the text/title to speech, singing, etc. Is this possible with any of the titles in TypoKing?
Further, I would like to not only control the speed but also animating in by individual characters or full words or whole lines (i.e., I might have one line synchronized with speech by characters and the next line I would like to have animate on in 1 second or whatever that’s not sync’ed to add a comment to the first line). Also, I am especially interested in your new “Resize Box” and its functionality to handle these types of animations.
Finally, I guess a good example of this would be the “Subtitles Toolkit” by “snowcake” available from videohive/envato but I am looking for a bit more flexibility than what it offers. Thanks.

1 – Most of our items support time remapping so you can control the intro and outro time of items but sync the whole text with speech or singing for having subtitle will not be very easy task to do as these items are not designed for that purposes
2 – Unfortunately it’s not possible to modify animation with that amount of customization , as it will be a complicated and time consuming task for any user
So in conclusion we recommend you to use packages which are designed for subtitle usage so you can save your time and money and progress your project smoothly

I have a problem now, in 7.0.2 version recently every start AE 2021 i get inquiry window with serial number, EVERY EVERY time when start AE… can u fix it? in window i get message NOT CONNECTED and i every time enter serial number…
When plugin get my serial, all function activated and i continue work, but next restart AE doing it all over again

7.0.1 here and when install it i get notification about update to 7.0.2 and cant disable it… can u remove 7.0.2 from server for remove norification?
