Do you using a font that can handle Hebrew in After Effects? It should work with it. Atleast the animation has nothing to do with what language you trying to use.

Hm. I dont think there is any video format that will get you a transparent background, I think you have to make your video in after effects first, then you can work the rendered video in premiere pro.

thanks yep i have the exported video but can’t key out the black because of the shadow, any tip on fixing that?

Maybe try to delete the shadows at after effects, then u wont have any problem, I guess. (Every text and shape layer contains a Drop Shadow effect, delete all of them to get rid of the shadows)
