Go to https://videohive.net/downloads. Click on the Download button and select ‘License certificate & purchase code (text)’. Open the text file, the Purchase Code is there.
I am having issues while installing AtomX and the package. What should I do?
Make sure you downloaded the latest versions of AtomX and ZXP installer from https://aniom.net/ext-atom/.
Don’t try to install the extension and the package directly from the ZIP archive, unzip them firstly and install from the folder.
If the problem still exists, drop us a message to contact@vcgmotion.com and we’ll sort it out.
I don’t see any animated previews inside AtomX, why?
Make sure you unzipped all the contents from the ZIP package, including the ‘Atom After Effects’ and ‘Atom Preview Assets’ folders.
