You are aware that the audio is a separate file that needs to be purchased separately, aren’t you? (see item description and user guide). Or alternatively, you can put your own music into Twitch, of course.

If you’ve relinked the audio and you’re still having problems hearing sound in After Effects, it could be for any number of reasons. First of all, try importing any audio file into a fresh project and see if you can hear the sound. If not, check your settings in Ae – are you previewing with the sound toggle on? Are you rendering to a movie file with sound?

If you can’t get any sound out of Ae, it could be a problem with Ae itself, with Quicktime or with your operating system, you’d probably need to do some reinstalling (starting with After Effects, then Quicktime, then OS sound drivers…. then….heaven forbid, the OS itself).

If you think it’s something with to do with the project file itself, feel free to drop me an email, but I think it’s most likely one of the above.

I’m not sure I understand the question. After Effects in all its versions fundamentally supports QT. PC versions are also able to read and export AVI files.

No you don’t need any third party plug-ins. All Optical Flares layers are pre-rendered.

I have left the original Optical Flares effects in the project for those people who do have the plug-in, but it’s not a requirement.
