Hi! santipc86, yes, you can do that but this is going to represent a lot of work to do so, because you need to adjust all the assets files as well. And if there are scripts that do not support changing those parameters, you need to correct those as well. But the easiest way for you to do is to render your HD video and bring it back to after effect and upscale it using upscale plug-in. (DETAIL-PRESERVING UPSCALE.plug-in)

I recomend TOPAZ AI to upscale final rendered video! Or you can Create 4k composition and move RENDER THIS composition in to new 4k comp, and scale comp to fit 4k composition window!
