Hi, is there .MP4 version instead of just .MOV or smaller file size video for the web?
Hello there. Currently the file is only available as a Photo Jpeg .mov file (for quality reasons), but if you bought the item and need it as an H264 I can make the conversion for you. Cheers!

My client purchased the video already, for me to put it on the website, but I can’t convert it to small MP4 file because it’s either too large for online converters (max 100MB) or it needs to be MP4 file in order for me reduce the size. Your preview video is in MP4 format. I need something similar to use for the web. What should I do? Thank you for your quick response and your help.
No problem. The preview is a very small .flv file and that might not work. I will send the file to your client, but I need them to request it directly to me as I don’t have another way to confirm that they actually bought the item. Thanks for understanding.
