We bought this for use in CS6 as advertised but the version 3.0.2 is not compatible with CS6. How do we move forward?
Hi! Unfortunately, AtomX extension is compatible with After Effects CC17 and higher, but you can use transitions in After Effects CS6 without extension (see the video “Working without extension” inside the Help folder)
Can I use it in Premiere Pro CS6 without extension?
Yes, you can use it in Premiere Pro with Dynamic Link (see the video “Working with Premiere Pro” inside the Help folder)
Transitions and Openers are great. One issue I’ve come across in the “Shutter” transition is that when I change the settings it doesn’t change the effect. I am following the directions in the provided video. Is this something you’ve seem before or have a work-around for? Thanks again – really do love these.
