Hey! Yeah maybe a technical issue – can’t seem to apply the transitions in the latest After Effects.
Applying the transitions shouldn’t have any issues, as it’s working perfectly. The installer fails for Premiere Pro build 25.1.0 on Mac. There seem to be multiple customer reports of the issue.

As mentioned in the project description and shown in the video tutorials, the project works with Premiere Pro using Adobe Dynamic Link. It will not install in MYFX Extension in Premiere Pro.

Can we “reset” the purchase code in order to install the soft in this new machine?

Under Installed: I have Essential Transitions / Titles / Lower Thirds (same as in older versions but updated)
Under Available for Purchase: I still have Transitions for (a 2nd)Essential / Glitch / Seamless??? There are no files in the downloaded pack for these?

Is there a reason MYFX wont pop up anymore when i go to extensions and click on MYFX to open it. I will click on it and nothing will happen. It only worked the first time I did it. What’s the solution because I just bought it and only inserted one transition in and now its doing this…

Like one of the commenters above, I am having a similar issue:

When the transitions take place all of the transparency is lost and everything looks janky. I tried to access the links from other comments to solutions but all the links are broken.

Hi, you simply need to turn the FX layer off, inside the transition comp. That’s what gives the text sharpened or antialiased look. Please send me an email at royalpixelsenvato@gmail.com with this message.
Hi! I purchased your transition pack. I have 1 question. I’m using the “Zoom Hit” transition a lot. Is there anyway I can have it zoomed slightly to the left, or right or bottom? It’s always zooming in the middle.
Hi, at the moment that particular preset only zooms in the center, but I will make an update and include a feature where you can set the anchor point and zoom wherever you like. You will receive an email as soon as the update is launched. 
I just bought this. Do you have a preview list? As there are so many transitions and hard to navigate to each of them until deciding which one to use. Thanks.

I keep getting an error on render with the spin short center ccw effect- I rendered my two AE animations thinking they were too complex, but I still get the error.

Hi, Ive just purchased this but I am getting expression errors in ae 2019 when importing the ae files into my project.
Hi, quick solution for that is located inside the project folder, look for the image named “After Effects 2019 Fix”.
