This Transition Pack was created to be used in After Effects.
We would suggest you to use the following glitch transitions in Premiere Pro:

They are easy to use: drag-and-drop a chosen effect on timeline and select an appropriate blending mode.

I’m still very much of a beginner to AE; your PDF instructions aren’t very clear to me, there’s a few steps between 1 and 2 that I’m not getting. Also, how do I export? I need very basic tutorial/walk through please.
